Export historical Performace data?

I'm wondering if there is an easy way to export historical performance data to a CSV file from either the console or the web based management page?     Basically, what I'm after is a way to...

You'll want to use rrdtool fetch against the rrdfiles and a shell/perl script to output the data into csv.
