Error while adding a static route

Hello All, I'm trying to add static route for the IP 10.102.224.198 and I'm getting the below error while adding the static route.

"01070734:3: Configuration error: Can't associate (/Common/10.102.224.198/32) with folder (/Common/10.102.224.198) folder does not exist"

Could you please help me to know how to fix this issue?

I'm sure that the netmask and gateway fields are correct.

Regards, Thiyagu

  • Assign the object name either only the 'IP address' or a 'name (eg. Internal_network)'.

    Destination: IP address

    Netmask : Subnet Mask

    resources: Use gateway

Gateway Address : Ip address ›› type the gateway address.

Click Finish and you should be ok.
