error "There is a problem with this website's security certificate".
the ssl cert is installed on the LTM, which is serving our intranet users. However when accessing to the sites, the users keep receiving the browser error "There is a problem with this website's security certificate". We had verified that the ssl cert was installed correctly. After the user clicked on Trust the CA afterwards, the messages still pop up. kindly advise how do we resolve this?

I suspect this might be a certificate chaining issue. Does the client trust the intermediate certificate authority that signed the certificate? The client may trust the Root CA but the chain needs to be in place. You can add a Chain to the client SSL Profile. If it's a public CA, like Thawte, then you can normally download the chain file from their website.
hope this helps,
