why are there not any data under "Statistics/DOS Visibility" ?
Hi, security/DOS is configured and licensed on our F5 bigip, the problem is sometimes there is no data under "Statistics/DOS Visibility"? Need to reboot the machine? can someone please advise the possible cause? Thanks in advance! F5 bigip version is 13.1.3.6

Thank you for posting your question. I was able to locate Bug ID 703225: DoS Visibility does not support display of more than 500 attacks and/or virtual servers which does include version 13.1.3.6 and may be the cause of your issue. I would also like to advise that version 13.1.3.6 is an unsupported version of software BIG-IP software support policy and it is suggested that devices are kept up to date to ensure proper functionality. You can use upgrade Upgrade Advisor to review bugs to ensure the version you go to is not impacted.
