Error importing a certificate to a LTM ver 11

Hello,

 

I am trying to import a certificate that I received from a client via a CSR request. The Cert was sent via an email. I cut and paste the cert to notepad but when I imported the cert to the F5 load balancer (cut and paste) I get the following message "unable to validate certificate, invalid x509 file (/Common/MARKETQ.FSQA.ML.COM-2018.crt)"

 

Is this an issue on the certificate? Is there a work around it?
