You'd have to be a bit clearer on what sort of diagnostics you've performed. If you look at the configs of the two that have an issue, what do you see that's different from the ones that do work?

@Hamish I guess i am not clear with your question.

My point is after adding the users to all the devices thru EM just the login credentils does not work for 2 of the devices (GTMs). And the confusing part is that when i click on the launch thru EM i am able to go into that device. I am not sure what's wrong with that.
