Enterprise Manager data backup

Hi there,

 

 

i hav a question about EM. can we set EM to take backup every day? if i set two EM in cluster i.e. in high availability, will these EM are in sync in real time?

 

 

 

what if i configure two EM as Active/standby , then wat is d data back for EM?

    Quite possibly... Yes... Anyway

     

    1. yes you can backup EM every day.
    2. No. EM doesn't sync in real-time. Mine takes about an hour all told... Mostly due to syncing stats, backups and images... It's also a bit of a pin, because every now & again you have to wipe the replica DB and get it to do everything again...

    Don't quite get your 3rd question...
