Email Notification of Certificate Expiration

What is the version of yours, Can you check this part and confirm if its set,
Monitoring >> Alerts & Notifications
Under Alerts, click on the Settings button
Under the Condition column, ensure that the Device Certificate Expiration check box is selected and set Days to expiration to the appropriate number of days.
Save & Close
