EdgeClient on Android not supporting (persistent) cookies in Web logon mode.

Hi Team,

 

We deployed EdgeClient on Android and iPhone devices in Web logon mode.

 

The logon page points to an external site which uses a persistent cookie to remember the Username. On iPhone, the EdgeClient app works as expected and displays the Username from the last session ("Remember me").

 

However, on Android, the Username field is always empty, as if the persistent cookie was actually never persisted.

 

Is this a known limitation of the Android EdgeClient? Is there a workaround or specific configuration to be done on Android to make it work?
