ECA plugin

i saw this being introduced in 11.3, mentioned recently in a APM iRule and quite some entries on the wiki, but it doesn't provide the full context. anyone that can clarify its use?

    Hey Boneyard,

     

    I'd open a case with F5 Support on this to request more examples/detail for the ECA commands.
