Dynamic Ratio Load-Balancing - SNMP Monitor

I am looking to create a load-balancing method based on CPU. I understand i do this with dynamic and i create the monitor itself. I understand this part and it makes sense. I have included the kb articles that explain below to show what I have researched.

 

My question is ... How to validate. I am doing this in my lab so the ability to generate enough load to affect CPU is limited. Is there a way to check if the monitor is pulling snmp values and what those values are? Also is there a way to print the ratios are being assigned by the monitor?
