domain user account authentication
We have a web application that our users will have to log into.. These users are part of our AD domain. These users have to log into their machines to the domain when they start their day..
My question is "Is there a way to pick up the local username and password of that machine to authenticate the user and the when the user attempts to get to the web application, they are logged in directly without having to login again with their credentials?"
- Mike_MaherNimbostratusSo this is really a browser question, but yes if you are using IE, you should be able to configure it to pass the domain credentials that you logged into the machine with.
