Please confirm which version of exchange you go to configure. Exchange 2010 or exchange 2013.
Because in exchange 2010 there is a casarray object is there. But in exchange 2013 no cas array object is there. So you need to mention both servers in exchange iapp template.

Cirrusits Exchange 2010. He has not configured any CAS array But still OWA is working fine through load balancer but RPC services are not working through load balancer, i think that is because they haven't configured CAS array.
