Dear Team,
I am new to this site and network team have identified this violation and asked to fix . Application is currently configured in Transparent mode and have to put in blocking mode .
Request Length - 767666 and POST data length - 1342343
What does it mean to ASM and how can I fix this from Application( SharePoint 2010 )

As you're currently in Transparent mode you are, in essence, in non-blocking mode so can use these violations to customise your policy accordingly. This is to ensure when you are in Blocking mode the ASM policy does not cause false positives.
If you browse to manual traffic learning in the ASM part of the GUI you should see items here where you can get ASM to "Accept" the suggested changes to the policy. Else you can go directly to the File Types section, locate and click on aspx and amend the defaults here.
Hope this gets you on your way.
