Ahh...
You don't create a trunk on the F5, because a trunk on an F5 is actually an LACP port-channel... [No I don't know why they named things that way... But the two (Cisck trunk ad F5 trunk) are as different as chalk and cheese].
What Cisco call a trunk is just tagged vlans on F5. So all you need to do is create the VLAN's on the BigIP and specify the tag id (3 & 13 in your example) for which ever VM interface you've attached those vlans to in your vswitch.
