Delete default fail branch from the edit terminal in APM Macro

I am unable to delete the fail option in APM Macro. I saved the policy and again went to the VPE. Still there is no option to delete it.

    In the 'Edit terminal' tab, After Changing the 'set default' tab of the macro, from 'Success' and 'Fail' and back again to 'Success'.

    I am able to see the cross strike against fail . Clicking which will help me to remove 'fail'.
