delete config from LTM
I just replaced the LTM device and now want to wipe off all configuration before RMA. The unit that i replaced is now on my test bench and showing "License is not active". PLease advise command via cli to remove all config from the LTM ( 3900 ).

Go to support.f5.com and look up this solution:
SOL10519: Restoring the BIG-IP configuration to factory default settings (10.x)
It should do what you are wanting, unless you are looking for some DoD Grade HDD Wipe. In that case there are Linux based version that you can put on a bootable USB Drive to do the trick.
However, if you are just RMA'ing it with F5 I believe that they wipe all RMA'ed devices as standard practice. You can call F5 Support for verification.
