Please see sol15193: sFlow traffic will use only the self IP address of the BIG-IP system as the egress interface

 

This means starting with 11.4.0 only Loadbalancer self IPs and Loadbalancer routes determine the source and path of the traffic for sflow. Management Interface cannot be used.
