When editing the /config/user_alert.conf file, is it necessary to reboot the Bigip LTM to load the file's contents into memory? If so, is there a way to get user_alert.conf to work without rebooting...

Oct 23, 2013Executing a 'tmsh load /sys config' should be enough to force the file to be re-read, but you will want to be sure that your saved configuration is the same as your running config before running this.
