Custom alerts

When editing the /config/user_alert.conf file, is it necessary to reboot the Bigip LTM to load the file's contents into memory? If so, is there a way to get user_alert.conf to work without rebooting...

You don't have to reboot in version 10.x and I'd be really surprised if you had to in 11.x, but I'm sure someone else will chime in.
