Creating logs from a Virtual Server

You may be able to consider something such as High Speed Logging (HSL).

We setup ours through that F5 Analytics iApp and then configured iRules to syslog (HSL) to the log server.

If you create an iRule to 'log local0. "text or variable" ', it will write a line to the local /var/log/ltm but then you need to get that data over to your log server.
