Create the A record with Zone Runner, but the A record doesn't appear in /var/named/config/namedb/db.external.example.com.

There have two GTM devices A and B that in a synchronize group.

 

circumstances 1: I try to create an A record by zone Runner on B GTM device, but the A record doesn't appear in /var/named/config/namedb/db.external.example.com. And I find the configuration will not be sync to A GTM device.

 

circumstances 2: I try to create an A record by zone Runner on A GTM device, the A record doesn't appear in /var/named/config/namedb/db.external.example.com., too. But the configuration will be sync to B GTM device.

 

I check the port ssh and 4353 is all work on the two GTM devices. And the Wide IP can sync normally. Have any recommend to solve the issue ?
