Cookie Insert Persistence/ HTTP 100 Continue

My question is around how the LTM handles HTTP 100 Continue packets. The CSS has a specific setting to handle 100 Continue and its arrowpoint cookie persistence, but I wasn't sure if the checkbox for 'insert cookie on every request' is the same thing or not and if it handled both GET and POST.i understand it does on every request (including GET, POST).
