Configuring Big IP APM with sharepoint integration.

So how does sharepoint separate the two sites? Different hostnames? In that case I would say use an LTM+APM configuration, let the APM authenticate the user, and let LTM send the traffic to the pool without further ado. Would that work for the customer?
