configuration utility wont start

I am upgrading the code on one of my ltm from 11.5.3 to 11.5.4. The code installed successfully. When I rebooted I can login ssh but the configuration utility is still restarting after an hour. the httpd_error log says "[error] proxy: AJP: failed to make connection to backend: localhost"

 

can someone help

    If you have cli access, can you try stopping and starting httpd ?

    (tmos)restart /sys service httpd

    (tmos)stop /sys service httpd

    (tmos)start /sys service httpd

    First thing - Open a support case with F5.

     

    As Odaah has suggested, try restarting the httpd and tomcat daemons. (In my experience)

     

    Any other errors ?
