configuration utility wont start

I am upgrading the code on one of my ltm from 11.5.3 to 11.5.4. The code installed successfully. When I rebooted I can login ssh but the configuration utility is still restarting after an hour. th...

First thing - Open a support case with F5.

 

As Odaah has suggested, try restarting the httpd and tomcat daemons. (In my experience)

 

Any other errors ?
