Configuration of VIP
Hi,
Is it possible to configure the VIP having below URL :
As I am trying but facing the issue for the same..

We are trying to configure the VIP on port 2500... - What is the exact problem you have?

We have to configure such as if any traffic hits are coming then it should to particular server and after that it should go to lb after that to backend servers..can u pls help how we can achieve this ? - eneR

First of all, a VIP is an IP address. If you have a domain name like in your request that you expect clients to access, it must be translated by some DNS to the IP address of the VIP. That said, in response to this:
We have to configure such as if any traffic hits are coming then it should to particular server and after that it should go to lb after that to backend servers..can u pls help how we can achieve this ?load balancing is achieved the moment request leaves the BIG-IP. The BIG-IP does not have control over what happens after it has sent out traffic. You can do whatever you want to do on your traffic before it hits the BIG-IP and AFTER it leaves it. Your control is only effected between the BIG-IP and the server directly connected to it and, to which it is expected to forward (load-balanced) traffic.
