I am studying F5 and I downloaded this version from F5 Website "BIGIP-11.3.0.39.0-scsi"--BIG-IP Local Traffic Manager Virtual Edition Trial;
But I am facing issue to configure ConfigSync...

It appears HA is not supported with the trial version -
VE Trial edition restrictions and limitations
- BIG-IP High Availability (HA) feature is not supported.

Not sure what you mean. The page I linked is the guide for BIG-IP Virtual Edition 11.3.0 Trial available via https://www.f5.com/trial/secure/documentation.php?product=ltmve. The version the OP has discussed is one of the available trial version downloads available from the same page. This specific file is compatible with VMware ESX/i. If I'm missing something please elaborate.
