Client errors on VIP

Hi all, I have client errors on new VIP use port 80 on both sides. All of my clients is coming from our internal WAN. I am trying to read about and guess it has something todo with defaul TCP profile...

No I just want to know, why I have client errors on the VIP, the application is working ok. No the clients are on remote sites in a internal MPLS WAN and the servers are at a datacenter. Yes I use SNAT automap, as the server and the F5 are not at the same subnets.
