has anyone customised their citrix remote desktop icons on 11.2 when using direct access to an XML Broker rather than a citrix web interface?
CWI puts proper windows icons on everything. My users are complaining because of the generic application icons served up (Admittedly, they have a point. It's a lot harder trying to find an app on the F5 remote desktop rather than the citrix web interface one).

First, I'd like to suggest that in the future you post Citrix-related questions to the DC Citrix area to get better exposure: http://devcentral.f5.com/citrix
Second, can you please find out exactly what browser version does the generic icon issue happens with?- HamishI don't believe it's really a Citrix issue, which is why I posted here (The seemingly best fit on the APM forums). However I'll try there too.
And it happens with ALL browsers. Looking through the icons available in the customisation, APM only has one generic application icon defined, which is the one used...

Did you find the solution? I am also facing exactly the same issue. All the app specific icons are replaced by generic application icons. If any one knows the answer please respond.

What BIG-IP software version are you on? 11.2.0? If so, please open a case with F5 support and request and engineering hotfix for BZ400675 - that should solve your problem if you're able to replicate the icon issues with all different kinds of browsers(IE, FF, etc.).
