Cisco ACE to F5 migration

I need to fulfill the request of ace to F5 migration for two subnets 172.24.162.0 255.255.255.0 OR 172.24.30.0 255.255.255.0. In ace it's configured as below class-map type http loadbalance match-any testnet 3 match source-address 172.24.162.0 255.255.255.0 4 match source-address 172.24.30.0 255.255.255.0
