Cisco ACE to F5 Migration

Hi, Is it possible to run a Cisco ACE Load Balancer in Bridging mode in parallel to a F5 in bridging mode. This would allow a smooth server by server migration, avoiding a 'big bang' migration. We wonder whether this would cause a loop?
