Chrome/Safari and ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID
We have began to have issues with users of Chrome and Safari getting an ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID. I have been working with F5 support and they are just as stumped as me. We have renewed and replaced our client SSL Profile certificate, and I have gone through the instructions located at https://support.f5.com/csp/article/K13302 with the F5 engineer. OpenSSL verify ran against this cert checks out as OK. We have also renewed and replaced our Server SSL Profile certificate and it checks out as OK with the openssl verify command. I have also made sure that the Trusted Certificate Authorites is accurate in the Client and server profile. Has anybody else ran into this, or have an idea of what my next steps could be?
