Changing all paramters to global

Hello,

 

 

i gave up using url parameters,

 

today i have many parameters with the same name , but different values,

 

 

is it possible to create a report with all the parameters and their values so i can choose

 

the widest parametrs and set it as global?

 

 

or better, is it possible to do that automatically?
