  I have got problem in F5 BIG IP LTM ver 12.1.1 Changes Pending ,What should i do please advice me   Thank you..

check time and date on both boxes.check back to back connectivity and HA selfip reachability.

    F5 BIG-IP having different times on the devices check NTP: System ›› Configuration : Device : NTP-(time.windows.com) how can test the ntp server does it work ?. if we want to set this time & synchronise then how it can be done? is it required down time?

    no it will not require to reboot or downtime.NTP is recommended for this or you can manually set the time with the help of https://support.f5.com/csp/article/K3381 . let me know does it fix your issue or not.
