Changes in f5?

In GUI it will come like that changes pending and sync your devices

What changes have been made? How can we trace that the previous configuration and current configuration?

MSZ, you will need to enable Audit logging in the GUI (log configuration area). You will then see changes in var/log/ltm file and in the logs section of the GUI under Audit

Thanks for the information but I am unable to trace the option in GUI?
