Can the New Virtual Server page be customized?
For instance:
Instead of presenting HTTP Profile (Client) as None with a new page, set it as the default http profile.

No, You can customized New Virtual Server creation page. However you can achive this task via iApp or use script Ansible/RestApi/etc. to create f5 virtual server
