\x16\x03\x03 looks like an SSL ClientHello (or some other client-initiated SSL handshake message.
How do you have the SSL profile configured and how do you have the profile applied to the virtual server?

Are you seeing the error logs on the F5 LTM ? Any other logs associated with it - before/after the logs ?

Are you using client and server ssl profiles ?

Can you try to telnet to your pool member from bigip : telnet ip port Then type: GET /
See if the server responds , if you get content back it might be that your server does not expect ssl traffic.

- Yes, I use client and server ssl profiles.
- I do telnet IP Virtual server and port 443, the conection is ok, but GET / not response If I do telnet IP server and other port, the conection is ok and GET / response ok.

Then try this.
From loadblancer:
openssl s_client -connect pool_member_ip:443
Then type "GET /"
If you get response it means thatbserver ssl configuration is ok if not then it means you have to take closer look at it.
