Hi, when I use SSL at virtual server to portal page it generate this message:
Invalid method in request \x16\x03\x03

Are you using client and server ssl profiles ?

Can you try to telnet to your pool member from bigip : telnet ip port Then type: GET /
See if the server responds , if you get content back it might be that your server does not expect ssl traffic.
