CARP hash persistence

Hello,

 

 

With source IP persistence using CARP, if a member leaves or joins a pool does the indexing to other members of the pool remain the same? In other words, is persistence maintained to those original members?

    One advantage of CARP is that only clients hashed to a downed member are affected when that member goes down.
