Can't open PDF and excel

Hi

 

 

Need help, redirecting from HTTP to HTTPS, have ssl client on F5, redirect works fine, but unable to dowlload PDF and EXCEL from application, it is working if I go http.

    Update:

     

     

    I just tested out , PDF reports get generated , however importing Picure or any company LOGO failed, basically we have report without logo on top of the page and that is not accesptable, any help is appriciated.

    So this problem isn't appearing via HTTP? It sounds very strange that switching to HTTPS would stop an image from loading within a PDF.

    Just thought i would update this thread as we were seeing the same or similar issue with HTTPS and PDFs. See this thread for a resolution to this problem.

    Basically it is a problem with IE. You need to remove any cache control headers from responses with content type "application".

    anyone solved this issue? I am facing it now in my deployment. I am using version 12.1 on f5 Thank you
