Can't open PDF and excel

Hi     Need help, redirecting from HTTP to HTTPS, have ssl client on F5, redirect works fine, but unable to dowlload PDF and EXCEL from application, it is working if I go http.

Update:

 

 

I just tested out , PDF reports get generated , however importing Picure or any company LOGO failed, basically we have report without logo on top of the page and that is not accesptable, any help is appriciated.
