I see a few similar posts on here about this but no definitive answer. I have Microsoft Remote Desktop shortcuts on my APM and they connect fine and maximize, but if you exit full screen, then it locks the screen to a small size. You can't resize or even maximize again and the maximize button becomes greyed out. Pretty unusable after that point. I thought this might be a bug when I was running 11.4 but I have upgraded to 11.6 and have the same issue. Anybody had the same issues and know how to fix this? Thanks

An update to this, I have upgraded to 12.1 and this issue still exists.

Thanks for the response, I had managed to get it working by doing that but It's not really ideal though, reason being is that I have lots of users who access the system so none of them will know this. I wonder why it doesn't let you maximize it with the icon in the toolbar.

Unfortunately there is not a great fix but there is a workaround type fix. If running 11.5.1 HF-6 or greater, 11.6.0 HF-4 or greater or 12.0.0 or greater you should be able to stop the restore down button from being displayed. The 'Restore down' button can be hidden for full-screen RDP resources. You can specify "showrestorebutton:i:0" in Custom Parameters for a remote desktop of the RDP type. The Restore down button will no longer display. Hopefully this will help. -Seth

the workaround is suppose to be using CTRL+ALT+BREAK switchs the window to full-screen
