Can't create a master group

folks

 

 

i'm running Version - FirePass 6.0.2 and i'm having trouble creating a master group

 

 

i enter the relevant details, i.e. name etc and clck create but i can't see the group in the drop down list

 

 

i'm admin on the box and the naming convention is the same as several existing names - i only use three characters, i.e. ABC

 

 

any one any ideas?

    Which drop-down list are you referring to when you say you don't see the new Master Group?

     

    Are you able to see the new groups when you go to 'Users - Groups - Master Groups'?

     

    I suspect that the drop down you're looking at is showing just Resource Groups and not Master Groups (for example, 'Network Access - Resources' instead of 'Network Access - Master Group Settings')
