AltostratusCan't crawl using Sharepoint Search or Fast Search
Our environment contain F5 LTM 3600, sharepoint 2010 with SSL header turn on to accomodate SSL termination on F5. But when adding the URL to Sharepoint Search or Fast Search it gives a time out trying to crawl the sharepoint sites.
Would like find out if there is any solution to the problem.

I am getting the following message :

The search request was unable to connect to the Search Service.- Sounds like the query search service application is not configured correctly. I am studying the crawling issue; did that start after you configured the alternate access mappings for SSL offload?
- wyuen_99269Not sure, because, I not able to get anything from the search results.
- If you are getting the message that you can't connect to the Search Service, you will never get search results. You need to confirm that SharePoint can connect to that service before any more troubleshooting can be done. I recommend opening a support case with Microsoft if that is not working correctly.
