Cannot login to application after applying datasafe profile

Hi All,

We are implementing a datasafe to a client's application (username and password) but as we applied and tried to test it.
The login credentials are being rejected. We test the system without the datasafe encryption and the user was able to login.

What could be the possible issue in this scenario?
