Cannot find Support ID

Team,

 

We're troubleshooting one of our site. Here's the message.

 

The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator. Your support ID is:

 

Unfortunately we cannot find the support ID on the search filter of F5.This is the first time we encounter this.

 

SECURITY - EVENTLOGS -APPLICATION- REQUEST - FILTER DETAILS - SUPPORT ID =

    Hello,

     

    I did not configure Log profile Illegal_request in virtual server. What do you think causing this issue on support id?

    all legal and illegal request are enabled for local storage (application security).
