Cannot Display Dashboard Page on vCMP Guest

Hello DC,   I have an issue with the vCMP Guest cannot display dashboard page, and it shown as below figure. I tried with different web browser and another computer client, but it is still cannot...

Hello,

 

In /var/log/ltm, I didn't any error message beside this one (warning tmm[12577]: 01260009:4: Connection error: ssl_hs_rxhello:7396: ClientHello truncates before extensions len (47)). And I think it's not related to the error page of dashboard.

I don't think so. What release do you have? does it matches the K43052895 issue?

    Hello Dario,

     

    it doesn't have any error log same as solution K43052895. My SW release is BIGIP-12.1.2.0.0.249, Hotfix-BIGIP-12.1.2.2.0.276-HF2
