Block file/folder access individulally

My site is under Big-IP. I want to block page browsing or direct link call from browser. I hard that it can be done by htaccess of apache server. Can Big-IP don't same things like .httpaccess.

 

Sorry if I asked dump question or asking for dumb solution.
