Bind a Vlan to interface LTM-F5

I have a Vlan created: TestVlan1, assigned it to Tagged Interface 1.3. Then I created a self IP: 172.24.1.2 linked to to TestVlan1. I connect 1.3 interface to the firewall & I don't see my pings hitt...

how is the firewall interface configured? Looks like you have a tagged vlan (vlanID ???) interface on the F5, so I assume you have the same on the FW port? But you plugged the laptop into the same firewall port and it worked so maybe you have an untagged interface on the FW (assuming you haven't created a tagged interface on your laptop)?
